In 2016, ADTRES, the Association of Performing Arts Designers, Technicians & Scenic Carpenters organized the First National Encounter of Spectacle Technicians, aimed at promoting the relationship and communication between technicians at a national level, putting in value the role they play in the universe of Performing Arts, as well as create a network that strengthens the collaborative work for the creation of new tools that allow a solid and balanced professionalization of the environment.
